New Haven Homes is your neighborhood builder working with you to add just the right touches to make your new house, townhouse or condominium "home".

The principals of New Haven have been developing and renovating properties in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood since 1987. This experience grew into the formation of New Haven Homes in 1996 with the idea in mind of tearing down obsolete housing structures and replacing them with high quality new houses, townhomes and condos. We consider this to be a smart growth strategy because these are infill projects that utilize existing urban locations that are currently underdeveloped.

First and foremost is our commitment to quality and service. Our home warranty is one of the most extensive in the business. All of the materials we use are regularly reviewed to insure that we install the highest quality products. Our project supervisors are expertly trained craftsmen who guarantee the job is done right.

It took almost five years to build our first 50 houses and condominiums equaling 150,000 square feet of residential space. Already more than that is planned for the upcoming year!
